Activities
Archery
This is a camper favorite...Robin Hood and Katniss beware! We teach safety and shooting techniques with a bow and arrow. All ages see success ranging from getting a good launch to hitting the bulls eye.
Basketball
He shoots, he scores! We provide campers with a variety of hoop sizes and age appropriate game variations. We teach dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. NBA and WNBA here we come!
Baseball Softball & T-Ball
A large variety of games and skills used with different balls and bats. Fundamentals of throwing, catching, and hitting are taught to enhance the love of our national pastime. Special focus during America's Pastime week.
Crafts & Quiet Games
Creative, fun ways to keep the campers happy and social, while allowing their bodies to enjoy an active rest. We have theme related crafts, board games, and a variety of quiet games.
Games & Field Sports
We play kickball, dodge ball, tag variations, capture the flag, football, four square, home run derby, and a huge variety of other camp favorites from Play Works. New games every week!
Soccer
GOOAAALLLLLL!!! Dribbling, passing, and shooting are introduced and enhanced. Skills are learned every week and highlighted during World Cup Week!
Volleyball
A new sport to many campers but so much fun. We teach bumping, passing, and hitting the ball over the net. We want all kids to crush the sand volleyball courts one day.
Water Games
WATER DAY on Tuesday and Thursdays! Water days have tons of awesome activities including: slip and slide, wet tshirt races, water soccer, sprinklers, water balloon tosses, water gun tag, and many many more.
Sunnyslope - FREE SWIM on Tuesday and Thursday, starting June 2nd
