Mitzi was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Argosy University, and a teaching certificate from Grand Canyon University. Mitzi spent eight years as an elementary physical education teacher, where she developed a passion for helping students stay active and confident. In her free time, Mitzi enjoys puzzling, playing in a women’s basketball league, and expressing her creativity through painting and drawing. She is the youngest of three siblings and has two dogs—a golden retriever named Donatello and a pug named Luna. Mitzi values family above all and believes in the power of play, enjoying how it brings out the best in people of all ages.

Andrew is from Phoenix, Arizona, and values the strong sense of community and connection in both his personal and professional life. He is married to his wife, Heather, and together they have two children, Taylon (12) and Kynslee (8). Their family also includes two dogs, Willow and Griffey.
Andrew is especially drawn to the positive, family-oriented environment around him and finds joy in seeing kids succeed and build confidence. For Andrew, family and friends are what matter most, and he brings that same supportive and encouraging mindset into everything he does.
